We at J&S³ follow a strict systematic protocol all the way from inception to deliverance keeping thorough and complete contact and exchange of thoughts and requirements with our clients.

Each project is divided into a set of 'Phase Activities'. For each set of phase, there's a short list of critical tasks. A list of the project team members likely to be involved in a function is included as well as a list of the products likely to come out of that function. Each 'Phase' is a milestone in the project and the list of critical tasks within helps to monitor & control the progress of the project through each phase. Activities included in this model may vary. The mentioned activities may not necessarily be conducted in a linear fashion. The team make-up and the specific interim products will also vary considerably according to the nature of project.
